Kentucky Photographer / Class of 2022 Senior Ambassador - Sara Grace
I’ve gotten the chance to work with Sara Grace not once but three times now prior to her own senior session and each time has been the most pleasant time. She is so sweet and has such a natural, effortless beauty. I am so honored to say that she is on my class of 2022 senior ambassador team and I know she is going to represent Studio 606 so well this year!
We had her senior session planned to a T, but the storm that came in the first half of her session really turned the evening around. The sunflower field we had placed our bets on, had been took down by the strong winds! Such a bummer! But we made a last minute decision to swing by a field and out came the sun during the rain and it was magic! We also got to visit the dock where Sara Grace spends her summers so it worked out perfectly!
Sara, I am so excited to follow you along your journey of senior year and I hope it is the best year yet!
Kentucky Senior Photographer / Back to School Senior Ambassadors Photoshoot at Pisgah Schoolhouse
This was an incredible start to our year together. Each girl BROUGHT it, and did it so well! Everyone picked their own outfits and they shared them as they found them to make sure we coordinated. I really was feeling something retro with our first group shoot, and Pisgah Schoolhouse is the most preserved place locally. Which worked out perfect, because it was the weekend before most of them went back to school. One last shebang, to bring in the new year! I am so excited to see where this year takes us. I have lots of dreams for these girls and I know it’s going to be the best year yet!
Introducting, my class of 2022 SENIOR AMBASSADORS!
Kentucky Senior Photographer / Snowy Senior Session
OOOO it was SO freezing during this session! I think we were able to do it in under 25 minutes! I invited all of my Senior Ambassadors to come out for a snow shoot and it ended up just being my Monticello gals. Which was actually pretty cool to see how they are so bonded to each other! The best of friends! I always enjoy hanging out with my seniors and they always inspire me with how beautiful each and every single one of them are. I am soooo looking forward to our next shoot (for Valentines day!) and hopefully all of my seniors can be there this time. I am going to plan a huge group shoot with all of my seniors (not just ambassadors) from 2021 at the end of the year, so if you are one of those, STAY TUNED! :)
Kentucky Senior Photographer / Senior Session at Shaker Village / Class of 2021- Haylee L.
Here I am again, telling you how long it’s been since I last blogged and I am SO sorry about that. Life has been insanely busy, I am so grateful for it, but it’s really took a toll on my blogging. I used to blog once a day, I need to make time for that again! Today, we are here to talk about Haylee. Haylee is a class of 2021 senior and just so happens to be my long lost little cousin….. haha! Just kidding, but they live a bit away so it really has been FOREVER since I got to see her and her momma. We must have rescheduled this session 3 times because of the weather but boy, this day surely was worth the wait. It was GORGEOUS and we got the perfect golden hour. Haylee is not about dressing up, but she did for her senior photos and I AM HERE FOR IT! Of course we had to do an outfit that was more her - jeans and a tie dye tee. I think it’s really important to incorporate yourself in your senior photos. This is how you will remember this super special period of your life so you should be you. Seniors, I have a few winter dates (get on my SNOW LIST!) and Spring dates available so if you want to book, don’t wait! Ok, without further a due, I give you the insanely gorgeous, (whom also looks just like her mom), Haylee.
Kentucky Senior Photographer / Sunset Senior Session / Mallorri
Ooooo if only every senior session could have this gorgeous kind of light. We totally lucked out - so we were originally going to shoot Mallorri’s portraits somewhere else but that place ended up being CLOSED at 6pm — Who knew? So we resulted to driving around to random spots and taking photos. It actually worked out pretty well, we just chased the sun. If only I could have been half as pretty as Mallorri is when I was a senior, life would be GRAND! It was so fun to hang out with you gorgeous Mal! :)
Kentucky Senior Photographer / Senior session at the creek / Zoe G.
Zoe is so cool! I want to be Zoe when I grow up. We went to this little creek area close to my house for Zoe’s senior session. It’s a dream. The spot I was DYING to go to was unfortunately overgrown but we made the best of it and picked all the spots with good light. Zoe is such a model, she was so easy to photograph! Zoe is also one of my senior ambassadors so I am looking forward to hanging out with her more during this year!
Kentucky Senior Photographer / Golden Field Senior Session
Don’t worry guys, this shoot was awhile ago. No more shooting for me with this coronavirus stuff spreading!
Class of 2020- Kaitlyn P.
I’ve really had a blast with my senior ambassadors/VIP seniors this year. More specifically, I’ve gotten to shoot Kaitlyn at least 5 times this year. I love her spirit so much - she’s always so happy, laughing and up for anything. She came with the outfit, I brought the hat and it worked so well together. For the location, we went to the place where kids party (sorry Kaitlyn’s mom) but it has the most beautiful view of Monticello, even if everything else there is DEAD. always. Which sometimes works well for photos, as I am sure you will see in these :)
My heart goes out to you, class of 2020. I can’t imagine living in your world of unknown right now but I do know that everything happens for a reason, so hang in there and we’ll get through this together. If any of you guys need anything, please know I am here and will do what I can!
Kentucky Senior Photographer / Studio 606 Senior Experience / Wayne County High School Senior Photographer / Sarah P.
Sarah is such a beautiful girl. We started on Saturday and explored Needle Point, we had plans to go to the Fair for the 2nd location but as soon as we pulled in, IT CAME A HAIL STORM! We decided to reschedule and since it was the last day of the fair, we had to find a new location! We picked a greenhouse, because green, duh. Greenhouses are so fun and full of life! The first one we went to, the gate was closed, even though their hours on google said OPEN. We ventured to the next one open on google, ALSO CLOSED. I decided to give the first one a call, they said they were open so we ventured back and HALLELUJAH the gate was open! We did what we could there, changed outfits and headed to the next little plot which was full of flowers. I am so thankful Sarah was down to be so open to whatever. She is gorgeous, has a beautiful smile and I know whatever she decides to do after high school, she will conquer. Have a great senior year, Sarah!
I hope you guys enjoy these previews of her senior session!
